The role
You'll be the person a resident sees first every morning.
Resident Care Aides and Certified Nurse Aides handle the daily care that keeps our residents comfortable, safe, and independent. It's hands-on, it's steady, and it puts you next to the same people every shift, which is how the job stops feeling like a job.
You'll need a flexible schedule with weekend availability. Our residents need care around the clock, so shifts rotate and weekends are part of every schedule.

Day to day
What you'll do
- Provide daily resident care including bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and incontinence and peri-care, while supporting each resident's independence.
- Take accurate vital signs, document care, and report any change in a resident's health right away.
- Assist and accompany residents to scheduled appointments and activities.
- Bring any resident or operational concern straight to the Director of Nursing, Administrator, or Charge Nurse on shift.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- A real interest in caregiving and in working closely with seniors.
- Ability to pass a drug test, background check, and 2-step TB test.
- Current CPR certification, or willingness to get certified after hire.
- Availability to work weekend shifts.
