Considering The Plaza?
Are you accepting new residents at The Plaza?
The cost of Independent Living varies by many factors, including the location and the services and amenities provided. Many of the costs are included in rent, making budgeting for monthly expenses easier. Compared to other lifestyle options, Independent Living is usually cheaper than Assisted Living.
Can I visit or tour a Plaza community in person?
How much does it cost to live at The Plaza?
Pricing is based on the selected program (e.g., Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Extended Care), Plaza community in Hawaii (e.g., Kaneohe, Mililani, Moanalua, Pearl City, Punchbowl, Waikiki), apartment type, and personal care services received. To remain at a Plaza community under hospice care, residents must meet the same assessment requirements as non-hospice residents and be appropriate for an assisted living setting. The Plaza team members are unable to provide intermediate care or skilled nursing services. However, in some situations, this care can be coordinated with outside agencies or family support to allow the resident to remain at The Plaza.
