Executive Chef
Todd Constantino is the Executive Chef for The Plaza Assisted Living. He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York and moved to Maui in 1991 to begin his culinary career.
During his first 13 years in Hawaii, Todd held Chef positions at the Grand Wailea on Maui, The W Honolulu on Oahu, and the Kukio Golf and Beach Club on Hawaii Island. The next chapter in his career took him to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico where he was the Executive Chef of the exclusive El Dorado Golf and Beach Club for 7 years. Since returning to Hawaii in 2011, Todd has worked in senior living communities for over 4 1/2 years and also was the opening Chef of two new restaurants and one hotel.
