Michelle Kaneshiro is the Chief Financial Officer of Plaza Care Solutions and The Plaza Assisted Living, where she oversees the financial stability, accounting and reporting of all The Plaza Assisted Living communities including The Plaza at Punchbowl, The Plaza at Mililani, The Plaza at Moanalua, The Plaza at Pearl City, The Plaza at Waikiki, and The Plaza at Kaneohe.  Michelle is a Certified Public Accountant who started her career at PriceWaterHouseCoopers, LLP and most recently worked for 12 years as the Director of Finance of MW Group, Ltd.  She received a Masters of Professional Accounting and Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Washington.
