Michael Allado

Director of Maintenance & Housekeeping

Michael Allado is the Director of Maintenance and Housekeeping at The Plaza at Pearl City. He is responsible for the community’s maintenance and housekeeping department.

Michael has been in facilities for over 25 years where he has managed over a million square feet of various properties. This includes; commercial offices, healthcare facilities and retail properties.  He is excited to expand his experience into Assisted Living facilities now that he has joined The Plaza at Pearl City Team.
