Director of Maintenance and Housekeeping

Kalai brings over 10 years of building and maintenance experience to the plaza community. With a background in commercial construction, he has an extensive skillset and understanding of building processes such as: Site Surveying & Layout, Rough & Finish Carpentry, Drywall, Masonry, Demolition, and Heavy Equipment Operating.

Kalai is also a photographer, farmer, wood carver & craftsmen, and lifelong surfer. He loves involving his wife and daughter in all of his projects and outdoor activities.
