Jocelyn “Joy” Dodson is a seasoned culinary professional with years of experience across healthcare, senior living, childcare, fine dining, and private chef services.

She worked five years as a chef/manager and restaurateur during her 15 years of living in Japan. In Hawaii, she has served as Pastry Chef and Head Cook overseeing staff recruitment, menu development, specialized diets, pastry and cake artistry, regulatory compliance, and team leadership.

Her years of private chef experience included an exciting stint in Portugal before dedicating her time back to healthcare service as a Dietary Manager at a nursing and rehabilitation center in Honolulu.

Whenever she has time to spare, she cooks for her family, teaches swim, shoot pool, and bowl.
