Jahmin-Bleu Cezar

Food Service Manager

Jahmin-Bleu Cezar is the Food Service Manager for The Plaza at Pearl City and is responsible for overseeing the community’s food service operations. He has been in the food and beverage industry for over 15 years.

Most recently, Jahmin has been providing meals to our keiki at private schools around the island. Jahmin’s family-oriented upbringing has brought him back to The Plaza and he is excited to bring back meaningful meals to the kupuna that will remind them of “home.”

When Jahmin is not at The Plaza at Pearl City, he is either out fishing, diving, or trying new restaurants.
