Business Office Manager
Dominique Hidaro is the Business Office Manager for The Plaza at Pearl City. She is responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, human resource management, payroll, and all accounting operations for the community.
Hidaro was born and raised in Kapolei, Hawai’i where she graduated from Kapolei High School with a focus in Human Services. Her interest and passion for Human Services led her to originally become part of the Punchbowl team as a Front Desk Receptionist in June 2011.
Shortly after hire, she was named “Employee of the Month” and “Receptionist of the Year” in 2012 and 2013. Hidaro was promoted to Lead Receptionist in 2014. She was a member of the 2013-2014 Safety Committee and handled the completion of its quarterly minutes. She was also responsible for the Resident Council’s monthly minutes.
Hidaro was promoted to Business Office Manager at The Plaza at Punchbowl in September of 2014. In 2017, she transferred to The Plaza at Pearl City where she is an integral part of the team and key player in the operations of the community.
