Food Service Director

Andre Vierra is a certified chef with over a decade of experience providing high quality meals in healthcare at Northside Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. He is also a well-known food vendor and entrepreneur in the Metro Atlanta area operating as Dre Dilla Quesadillas, with his delicious signature Quesadillas.

However, Andre decided to take a break from the busy schedule of being a small business owner and transitioned to some new experiences traveling the United States with his culinary skills. His year included a stint as Chef of Old Faithful Inn Restaurant in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming, all the way to cooking aboard The Pride of America, a Norwegian Cruise Line ship, embarking from Honolulu, Hawaii. As a crew member aboard this ship, Andre immediately fell in love with the beauty of Oahu and chose to reside in Honolulu permanently.

With a down-to-earth personality, Andre is an approachable and relatable leader who hopes to bring his passion for mentoring and cooking to The Plaza at Punchbowl as their Food Service Director.
