Business Office Manager
Tiffany Yost is the Business Office Manager at The Plaza at Pearl City and is responsible for managing the concierge team, employee compliance and human resources, payroll, and accounting operations of the community.
Her passion for caring for seniors led her to become a Certified Nursing Assistant and join The Plaza as a Resident Care Aide, in 2017. Tiffany cared for The Plaza’s Hali’a Memory Care Residents and learned the meaning behind being a “Best Friend.”
With her previous interest in administration and wanting to utilize her academic experience in Medical Billing and Coding, she transitioned to The Plaza at Pearl City’s concierge team. Shortly thereafter, she was promoted to Lead Concierge. In 2019, Tiffany was promoted to Resident Relations Manager for the Plaza at Pearl City. And in 2021, she was again promoted into her current role as Business Office Manager.
When Tiffany is not caring for the Residents, she enjoys spending any free moment with her family.
