Nicole Shiroma

Administrative Assistant

Nicole Shiroma is the Administrative Assistant at the Plaza at Waikiki where she is responsible for providing support to the Business Office, Sales Team, and Concierge department. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Health Administration from the University of Hawaii at West Oahu.  Nicole joined the Team at The Plaza at Waikiki in 2017 as a Concierge and was later promoted to the role of Lead Concierge.  She was then recognized in 2020 as the Team Member of the Year.  In 2021 she was again promoted to the Administrative Assistant role. She is a great asset to The Plaza at Waikiki Team.  In her free time, she can be found catching up on the newest movies and documentaries on Netflix with her husband, practicing calligraphy, or having board game nights with her friends.
