LaQuesha Harden is the Assistant Director of Nursing at The Plaza at Waikiki. LaQuesha joined the plaza in 2020 as a charge nurse and was promoted to Assistant Director of Nursing in 2023. LaQuesha takes pride in supporting the Director of Nursing to provide quality care and service excellence to residents and family members. LaQuesha assists others with making informed decisions about their health and is an advocate for resident rights and safety, promoting wellness with integrity and a positive professional attitude.

Originally from the mainland LaQuesha has 20 plus years of health care background and explored various corporate jobs before returning to work in a clinical setting. LaQuesha core values include treating everyone kindly with dignity and respect. LaQuesha believes the geriatric population is a reward because there is so much to gain from their contributions.
