Katiana Tavai is the Business Office Manager here at The Plaza at Pearl City. She is responsible for the community front desk operations, human resources, and accounting. Katiana comes with 10 years of management experience in leading retail companies across the United States. During her time in management, she has grown a passion for leadership, employee development, and customer service. Katiana has resided in Oahu for the last 6 years and is originally a California native, born and raised in Los Angeles. In her free time, she enjoys art, music, acts of kindness, community service, and exploring the island with family and friends. Katiana is excited to be pursuing her passion while being able to give back to her community and creating memorable relationships.
