Courtney Silva is the Business Office Manager at The Plaza at Moanalua. As the Business Office Manager, she is responsible for front desk operations, human resources, resident billing, and all other accounting operations. Prior to joining The Plaza at Moanalua, Courtney worked as the Account Specialist at the Council for Native Hawaiian Advancement and Employee Support Administrator for Hawaiian Airlines. Courtney’s experience in Human Services and Human Resources has prepared her for this role. Courtney was born and raised on Oahu and has always had a passion for helping others and the community.
