Brad Jones is the Sales Manager at The Plaza at Punchbowl. With over 10 years of experience in customer service and over 8 years in assisting the 65+ community, Brad brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. He is committed to ensuring a smooth and comfortable transition for Residents and their families into The Plaza ‘ohana.

Originally from Missouri, Brad has always considered Hawaii a home after living here during his time in the military. With his passion for helping others and his commitment to providing exceptional customer service, Brad is well-equipped to educate prospective Residents about the many amenities and services offered at The Plaza at Punchbowl.

Brad is passionate and eager to share The Plaza’s mission with families and Residents. He looks forward to making a positive impact and helping Residents feel at home at The Plaza at Punchbowl. He is available for tours of our community and will provide a personal touch to the admission process.
