MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR

Steven Coiner is the Director of Maintenance & Housekeeping at The Plaza at Punchbowl. He is responsible for all maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry services for the community. Raised on Oahu, he has over two decades of experience in construction and maintenance, both hands-on and managing. He believes it is his obligation to maintain our community to the highest possible standard for our Residents.
